Edit Data Series
Edit Data Series is where you edit data series. You can edit many data series at once or one by one. You can only edit several data series at once if they are the same type of data. (Either Research or Behavioral/Other)
In the following section, we will provide an explanation to each of the available settings.
Edit data series --> Tracker data
In the below picture we have selected a tracker data series. We are therefore shown the following settings.
Select the aggregation level of the data. The aggregation level chosen will be represent each data point in the graph. Eg. If "Month" is chosen, each data point in the graph will represent a month of collected data. Based on amount of interviews and type of report, this can be changed to fit your reporting need.
A calculation to analyze data points by creating a series of averages. By selecting a rolling average of 4 you will include data from the previous 4 data points in the following data point. Can be used to smooth out short-term fluctuations and highlight longer-term trends or cycles. If you don't want to use rolling averages, set the configuration to "1".
If the tracker have a weighting variable, you activate weight on the data by choosing "On". Using this functionality on a tracker that does not include a weighting variable will have no effect.
